When such an occasion arises, there are not many tools available to help you with. This software utility is one such. It will help convert PST files to Notes 7.0 software environment. It transfers all of files and folders easily. Entire Outlook PST emails, calendars, journals, contacts, etc are converted into Lotus Notes NSF format easily and quickly. This tool will transfer all the items of Outlook to Lotus Notes efficiently. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. Users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it. The interface is integrated with file access on the lines of the Windows explorer.
There is a mailbox preview available that lets you see if the piece is important and worth transferring into the new environment. The conversion is a single-click operation. A progress bar would have been useful. The demo version works exactly as the regular version but will convert only 15 items. This is a very good product. If you are looking for a similar solution, this is a good candidate for a trial in your exact set up.
